We are seeking a Construction Manager to support the execution of large-scale advanced manufacturing and industrial construction projects in the Houston area. This individual will lead field construction activities from mobilization through turnover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.
The ideal candidate comes from a General Contractor, EPC, or owner-side construction background and has hands-on experience delivering major manufacturing facilities such as battery plants, semiconductor facilities, distribution centers, data centers, automotive manufacturing plants, or other advanced industrial projects.
Lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process utilities.
Manage subcontractors, field engineers, superintendents, and craft personnel.
Drive schedule performance through look-ahead planning and field coordination.
Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and productivity metrics.
Coordinate construction sequencing with engineering, procurement, quality, and commissioning teams.
Resolve field issues, RFIs, constructability concerns, and contractor disputes.
Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Provide routine progress updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to project leadership.
Support startup, commissioning, punch list completion, and project turnover activities.

8+ years of construction management experience on large industrial or manufacturing projects.
Experience managing projects valued at $100M+.
Strong knowledge of civil, concrete, structural steel, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost controls, and field execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction software. Experience supporting battery manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, solar, clean room, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
OSHA 30 Certification.
Experience delivering greenfield manufacturing facilities from ground-up construction through startup.
