Job summary

TMC Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex professional services engagements in the United States. You will own the client relationship, delivery strategy, and commercial success across engagements, aligning objectives with contracted scope and delivery execution.

Senior Project Managers operate at a strategic level, frequently engaging executive stakeholders to drive outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex technology consulting engagements.
• Experience leading multi-solution or enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, and/or multi-solution implementations.
• Own engagement delivery strategy, governance, and overall outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple project teams and workstreams.
• Oversee risk management, escalation, and executive communications.
• Serve as executive-level client point of contact.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead steering committee meetings and executive updates.
• Manage client satisfaction and long-term account health.
• Partner with solution architects, consultants, developers, and QA resources.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood across delivery teams.
• Support quality assurance and acceptance activities to validate requirements fulfillment.
• Own engagement financials including profitability, forecasting, and change management.
• Partner with Sales and Leadership on scope, estimates, and delivery planning.
• Ensure successful handoff from sales to delivery and through post-go-live.

This role owns the overall client relationship, delivery strategy, and commercial success of assigned engagements, ensuring alignment between client objectives, contracted scope, and delivery execution.
