Actalent is hiring a Senior Project Manager for our Lexington, KY, on-site project leadership role. You will guide and support project managers and team leads, enforce rules, and maintain client communications while ensuring projects align with plans, contracts, and budgets.

The position requires 10+ years in commercial construction project management, a CM/Engineering degree, and proven success in the Lexington market. Expect collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial construction.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market.
• Fundamental understanding of managing schedules, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, subcontractors, self‑performed work, and safety.
• Experience managing diverse projects ranging from $5K to $20 million.
• Full life cycle project management knowledge (from estimating to completion).
