Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee execution, financial performance, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on project management experience, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Based out of Eden Prairie, MN with a hybrid onsite schedule.

A well-established, growth-oriented construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, schedule adherence, and coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on project management experience, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
