Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on mechanical and commercial projects, including those valued at $1 million or more.
The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in construction, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
The Project Manager oversees and manages construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role coordinates closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, with a strong focus on mechanical and commercial construction projects, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, or sheet metal services.
This role is based onsite in the Richmond office, working closely with internal teams and local project stakeholders. The work environment supports a rapidly growing and stable team with a strong networking and winning culture. The organization actively participates in local industry groups and community events, fostering a collaborative and relationship-driven atmosphere. The position involves regular in-person coordination, meetings, and oversight of construction activities, supported by modern project management tools and systems.
