Skilled Services LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple active construction projects in the Knoxville area. You will drive cost control, schedule discipline, subcontractor management, and execution excellence from kickoff through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, 5+ years in managing $2M–$5M projects, and a proven system for delivering on time and within budget. PMP, Lean Construction exposure, and OSHA 30 are highly valued.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of multiple active construction projects, ensuring strong cost control, schedule discipline, subcontractor management, and execution excellence.
