Fieldpiece Instruments, a global leader in HVACR tools, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development from concept to launch. You’ll work with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and partners across the globe to deliver innovative connected hardware, firmware, software, and mobile solutions on schedule and with quality.

In this hybrid Park City/Heber City role, you’ll navigate ambiguity, drive risk management, translate strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex new product development projects involving hardware, embedded firmware, software, and connected products.
• Proven ability to lead highly cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

We're looking for a strategic program leader who can navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, influence without authority, and keep teams aligned through every phase of development. You'll understand the technical challenges across hardware, firmware, software, and connected devices - not because you're writing code or designing electronics, but because you know how to ask the right questions, identify risks early, and help teams make informed decisions.You’ll also help build and mature Fieldpiece's project management capabilities using Fast Time To Market (FTTM) methodologies while influencing how we deliver products for years to come.This position is in our Park City, UT office with an exciting move to Heber City, UT in 2027. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees typically working onsite three days per week. Additional in-office days may be required from time to time for onboarding, training, team meetings, project collaboration, or other business needs.
