Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments in Orange, CA is hiring a Senior Software Project Manager to drive connected software products for HVACR solutions. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and Operations to translate strategy into executable plans and manage development with a Fast Time To Market approach.

You will shape software project management practices, lead cross-functional teams, and work with external partners to deliver innovative technology that benefits technicians and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience leading complex, full life cycle software development projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing competing priorities.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees typically working onsite three days per week.
