Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced project leader to drive multiple concurrent programs from initiation through close. You will translate objectives into executable plans with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.

You will influence cross-functional teams, anticipate bottlenecks, and maintain momentum with executive dashboards and governance. Strong PMO experience and PMP certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience (minimum of 5 years in a technical role or environment).
• Technical fluency to speak the language of project teams.
• Leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO practices.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to rapidly ramp into technical teams, absorb complex discussions, and turn conversations into well-defined project plans.
