Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Indianapolis commercial project from planning through completion. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and overall project performance with senior leadership and field operations.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and ensure accountability throughout the lifecycle of a ~$50M

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor or construction manager.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction, preferably involving K-12, higher education, municipal, healthcare, life sciences, or other complex institutional projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing sizable construction projects, ideally in the $25M–$75M+ range.
• Ability to take real ownership of project delivery rather than simply supporting another PM.
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractor management, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who takes pride in building strong teams, maintaining relationships, and delivering quality work.

We're partnering with an established commercial general contractor in the Indianapolis market that's looking to add a strong Project Manager to its team for an approximately $50 million athletic facility project.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving challenges, leading teams, and seeing a complex commercial project come together from planning through completion.

We're not necessarily looking for someone with the biggest title. We're looking for someone who knows how to lead.
