Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise infrastructure initiatives for a cruise and hospitality client. This individual will coordinate cross-functional technical teams and drive projects through Waterfall methodologies, partnering with technical and executive stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• 10+ years managing large, enterprise infrastructure projects/programs.
• Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Cloud migration experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Experience managing projects involving Oracle and/or MS SQL databases.
• Experience with enterprise storage technologies (Dell Compellent, EMC VNX, Unity, VMAX, Veritas NetBackup).
• Experience with networking infrastructure including Cisco environments.
• Must reside in South Florida.
• PMP Certification, equivalent certification, or 15+ years of PMO experience.
• Clarity PPM experience.
• MBA and cruise line/shipboard deployment experience is a plus.
• Multi-vendor enterprise environment experience.
• Waterfall project management experience with Agile exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise infrastructure initiatives with a focus on data center migrations, server/storage environments, and cloud transformations.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and drive projects through Waterfall methodologies.
• Partner with technical and executive stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes.
• Manage high-visibility technology programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee multi-vendor deployments and shipboard/ cruise line deployments when required.

This individual will lead large-scale enterprise infrastructure initiatives with a strong focus on data center migrations, server and storage environments, cloud transformation efforts, and complex technology deployments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise infrastructure programs, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and driving projects through structured Waterfall methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity to support high-visibility technology initiatives within a large-scale, fast-paced environment while partnering with technical and executive stakeholders to deliver critical business outcomes.
