Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Deployment, to lead large-scale infrastructure deployment initiatives onsite in Miramar, FL with a hybrid schedule. You will manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and stakeholder communications, guiding projects from planning to closeout and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The role requires strong financial forecasting, vendor coordination, and cross-team leadership to deliver complex deployments within $5M–$15M+ budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, deployment, or hardware-focused projects.
• Demonstrated ownership of project budgets exceeding $5M.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams (7+ simultaneously).
• Strong financial forecasting and reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 7–20 concurrent project scopes and workstreams simultaneously.
• Drive projects through planning, execution, deployment, and closeout.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Facilitate project startup activities, governance, and post-project punch list management.
• Own financial health of projects and programs.
• Manage budgets ranging from $5M–$15M+.
• Forecast spend, track burn rates, and prepare financial reports.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support budget planning and approvals with leadership and finance teams.
• Support deployment efforts involving infrastructure, networking, hardware, and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies related to procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and go-live activities.
• Ensure deployment readiness across all project scopes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and financial performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to deliver successfully.
• Drive accountability and maintain project momentum.
• Partner with logistics and warehouse teams for material delivery and installation schedules.
• Ensure resources and dependencies are available when needed.
• Support planning activities and transition projects into execution environments.

Location Requirements: Onsite in Miramar, FL, with a hybrid schedule (Monday through Thursday onsite). Travel throughout the year to support deployment activities.
