Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure programs involving servers, storage, networks, databases, middleware, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Own project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, resource management, and status reporting.
• Establish project governance, define milestones and deliverables, and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths to keep projects on track.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, IT controls, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance processes.
• Drive a culture of execution, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.

A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure programs involving servers, storage, networks, databases, middleware, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Own project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, resource management, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large-scale infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Proven success delivering complex projects with significant scope, scale, risk, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including servers, storage, networking, databases, and middleware.
• Pay rate could be 75/hr
• Experience with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
