In this role, you'll lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions that advance OneMain Financial's strategic and operational objectives.

In the Role

• Lead initiatives that matter. Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-enabled projects, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to Evansville, IN with expectations of being in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
