The role demands strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management to meet deadlines and ensure profitability. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of project management experience in construction, proficiency with ERP/CRM systems, and familiarity with Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems; Excel experience required.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget, staffing, and resources for all phases.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Responsible for financial success of projects.
• Additional company projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
• Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and retention
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Responsible for financial success of projects
• Additional company projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
