DH Pace is seeking a Project Manager for our Carpentry Group in Olathe, KS. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of carpentry projects, coordinating with General Contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with opportunities to contribute to project success and professional growth in a reputable, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of Project Management experience in Construction or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and submittals effectively
• Strong partnership skills with General Contractors and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
