Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager based in Charlotte, NC to oversee construction projects, subcontractors, and project outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least five years leading projects and budgets, with strong reading of blueprints and proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Excel. Procore experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of five years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Manage full lifecycle of external subcontractor partners: sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
• Responsible for financial success of projects.
• Additional company projects as assigned.

• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
