What will your day look like?

In the role as our new Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead and manage key strategic projects for one of our large international clients. You will play a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle; you will use your strategic thinking and management skills as well as tackling more hands-on tasks, while ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with high quality. A strong passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences and the digital solutions that support this, is essential. In addition, your ability to navigate large, complex, and political organizations and manage high-level stakeholder relationships will be crucial to your success.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Managing the client relationship and expectations excellently
• Developing project scopes, plans, and budgets
• Producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings
• Managing projects, which includes securing progress across different departments and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
• Being responsible for project deliverables being on time and within budget while proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized
• Being a daily sparring partner to your colleagues.

We imagine that you bring experience from a client-facing role, understanding that each client interaction can foster deeper and more robust collaborations. You can proactively identify the client's needs, advise on process improvements and unlock new potential avenues for collaboration. Grit and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.

In addition, you have:

• 5+ years of experience being a digitally focused project manager or similar
• Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects, web and/or marketing automation within large, complex organizations.
• The ability to identify, and subsequently translate, a business need into a concrete project with clear objectives, deliverables, success metrics and KPIs.
• The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and client relationship building
• Great communication skills in English.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.), with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders is considered an advantage
