Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager will be part of the Global Information Services (GIS) team and will collaborate with business units, support groups, and the broader GIS organization to plan, organize, and manage the execution of critical projects, ensuring successful delivery and transition to operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects and executing all phases in alignment with Project Management Methodology.
• Collaborating across GIS teams, vendors, business units, and support groups to coordinate project activities.
• Delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality.
• Developing comprehensive end-to-end project plans.
• Prioritizing deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
• Communicating project status to key stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle enterprise IT projects involving business processes, integration, and large global teams.
• Proficiency in project planning tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes and alignment with IT.
• Effective communication with executives and project teams.
• Experience in Cloud services and integration solutions preferred.
• Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Role Location: Texas. Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000.

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
