Job summary

BRG Advisors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead highly technical, mission-critical construction programs. You will oversee multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, strong leadership, and expertise in BIM, Lean Construction, and cost controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including leadership of large, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, purchasing, contracts, scopes of work, and schedules.
  • Proven leadership to build, mentor, and retain exceptional project teams.
  • Experience implementing BIM, Lean Construction and other innovative delivery methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and modern construction management software.

  • Provide overall leadership for multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Establish, maintain, and execute comprehensive master project schedules.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost controls.
  • Manage contract administration and subcontractor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster outstanding relationships with owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and vendors.
  • Direct QA/QC programs to ensure exceptional project delivery.
  • Lead field operations, engineering coordination, and project execution.
  • Champion a culture where safety is the highest priority.
  • Partner with preconstruction teams during planning, estimating, and development.
  • Drive the implementation of advanced construction technologies including BIM, Lean Construction, and digital project management tools.
  • Lead operational review meetings while keeping executive leadership informed of progress and milestones.
  • Ensure timely owner billings, payment applications, and financial reconciliation.

What You'll Lead

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for multiple large-scale, technically demanding construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
