Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Centers
National General Contractor | Mission Critical Data Centers
Lead the delivery of the infrastructure powering the next generation of technology.
We are partnered with a nationally recognized General Contractor with a rapidly expanding Mission Critical platform, delivering some of the most technically complex and high-profile data center projects across the United States.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities, working alongside some of the industry's most sophisticated owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.
With a national mission-critical portfolio measured in millions of square feet and more than a gigawatt of critical power capacity, this is a business with the scale, pipeline and technical depth to offer a genuine long-term career path in one of construction's fastest-growing sectors.
As Project Manager, you will have significant responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Data center construction isn't traditional commercial construction.
These facilities operate around zero tolerance for failure, with complex power, cooling, controls and redundancy requirements and aggressive delivery schedules. The successful Project Manager will understand how to coordinate thousands of individual activities while maintaining absolute focus on safety, quality, schedule and operational readiness.
You will be working on projects where schedule certainty matters, commissioning is critical and the MEP systems are often the heart of the building.
This is an environment suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading large teams and operating at the highest level of construction management.
This is more than another Project Manager position.
You will join a national platform with an established track record in mission-critical construction and the financial strength, technical resources and project pipeline to compete for the country's largest data center developments.
The company's mission-critical business has been involved in data center construction since 1992 and today is delivering hyperscale facilities across the country, including projects approaching or exceeding one million square feet.
For the right individual, this offers:
If you're an experienced construction professional who wants to move beyond conventional commercial projects and take ownership of large-scale, technically demanding mission-critical facilities, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
