Logan Pass Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will direct budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

This leadership role mentors staff and builds strong relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience managing datacenter or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver projects exceeding $40M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, technically complex datacenter and mission-critical construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager serves as a key leader on the project team, providing strategic direction, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners while upholding the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
