What You'll Do

• Keep project plans visible, current, and defensible — no one should ever have to ask "wait, where are we on this?"
• Speak to critical path at a moment's notice, for any active project, without scrambling to pull it together first
• Facilitate every output we produce and every decision we make — building the relationships and the rigor to get there without slowing the mission down
• Operate inside a bureaucratic, high-governance structures without losing momentum in the highly chaotic and messy middle of change
• Bring order to competing priorities

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• Experience in consulting — you know what it's like to manage projects for clients, not just internal stakeholders
• Experience in enterprise marketing — you understand the scale, complexity, and stakeholder web that comes with enterprise marketing organizations and their tech stacks
• Senior-level project management experience, specifically in environments that are simultaneously bureaucratic and fast‑moving/chaotic — this is not a role for someone who's only worked in one or the other
• Demonstrated experience navigating formal governance/endorsement processes for project decisions and deliverables
• Comfort owning critical path visibility and communicating it clearly under pressure
• Atlanta-based (hybrid — not fully remote)
