Block+Tackle is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead enterprise marketing engagements from the front, maintaining trusted client relationships while aligning cross-functional teams. You will translate ambiguous scoping into concrete, actionable plans and act as the client voice inside Block+Tackle.
You will coordinate across data, MarTech, CX, and senior leadership, driving alignment, proposing process improvements, and contributing to executive-level communications and RFPs.
Enterprise marketing engagements don't fail because the strategy is wrong — they fail because nobody's holding the relationships together and keeping them focused while a dozen moving pieces run in parallel. That's the gap this role fills.
We have an opportunity for a person with demonstrable experience walking into complex, multi-stakeholder client organizations — the kind where every conversation has three audiences and a decision that looked settled last week isn't settled this week — and gain the client trust to help them stay informed and navigate change.
This role requires both consulting experience and enterprise marketing experience — not one or the other. If your background is client-side marketing without a consulting/agency backdrop, or consulting without a marketing focus, this isn't the right fit. We need someone who's done both at once: sold into and managed enterprise marketing engagements from the consulting/services side.
We're a MarTech consultancy that exists because marketing and data teams usually don't talk to each other well enough, and brilliant ideas die in that gap. We're battle-tested in both languages, and we build the bridge — across Ecosystem Architecture, Marketing Sciences, Experience Operations, and Customer Strategy — that turns "that's impossible" into implemented working systems. We work with brands like Home Depot, Marriott, Delta Air Lines which means the stakes are real and so are the stakeholders. It's a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment — we've been profitable and client-focused since day one, with no VC pressure to grow at all costs. We don't do generic. We don't do theoretical. We get in the trenches with our clients and we don't leave until the mission's accomplished.
