Job summary

Trileaf Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to supervise a larger team of environmental staff and manage high-value client relationships while supporting business development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a larger team of environmental scientists and/or Project Managers (typically 6-10+ direct and indirect reports)
  • Perform semi-annual performance reviews for all direct reports
  • Accept and delegate environmental due diligence projects across an expanded client portfolio
  • Perform QA/QC review on projects and proposals prior to submission, including reviewing the work of Project Managers and staff
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and less experienced staff on technical, client management, and project execution matters
  • Manage more complex and/or higher-value client accounts and projects, serving as the primary point of contact for designated clients
  • Support business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and scoping for complex projects
  • Track and report project and team financial performance, including budget, billing, and profitability, to business leaders.
  • Assist with the development of training material and enforcement of corporate policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Senior Project Manager

Full Time Atlanta, GA, US

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager supervises a larger team of environmental staff and manages more complex, higher-value client relationships than a Project Manager, while building toward the broader team leadership, business development, and financial oversight responsibilities of a Group Manager. This role accepts and delegates projects across an expanded client portfolio, mentors Project Managers and staff, and contributes to business development and proposal efforts. Requires significant experience managing environmental due diligence projects and staff, including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in environmental due diligence (Phase I/II ESAs and/or NEPA), including at least 2 years of staff or project supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Environmental Professional (EP) designation, Professional Geologist (PG), or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
