Alpharetta, GA | Hybrid – 3–4 days/week in office

We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support large-scale transformation initiatives within a global Human Capital Management (HCM) organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR change management, project management, and business transformation who enjoys both developing strategy and getting hands-on with execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support global HR transformation and change initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments
• Develop change strategies covering communications, engagement, training, and go-live support
• Create communication plans, presentations, executive talking points, and other change-management content
• Partner with project leads and senior HCM stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging
• Support change-management meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums
• Work with change champions and teams across multiple locations
• Ensure consistent change-management practices while tailoring approaches to individual projects
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, communications, and other project activities

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Change Management or Project Management experience
• Hands-on experience supporting organizational change, HR transformation, or business transformation
• Strong ability to develop change strategies AND execute communications/content plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
