Job Summary

The Senior Change Management Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Change Management in supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, with an initial focus on the Oracle HCM Program. This role is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that improve organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with executive leaders, business stakeholders, program teams, and Talent partners to help associates successfully navigate organizational change. This position plays an important role in building and maturing Claritev’s change management capability, establishing repeatable practices that support future Vision2030 transformation initiatives.

Job Role And Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Organizational Readiness
  • Partner with the Director of Change Management to develop and execute change management, adoption, and reinforcement strategies.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Develop and implement change impact assessment processes in collaboration with program teams and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate change impact validation sessions to confirm business, process, technology, role, and behavioral impacts.
  • Develop readiness plans and support business leaders in preparing their organizations for change.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Support
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and program stakeholders.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen sponsorship and change leadership capabilities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions to support alignment and decision-making.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and provide recommendations to address concerns, risks, and barriers to adoption.
  • Serve as a liaison between program teams and impacted business areas.
Communications, Training & Adoption
  • Support development and execution of communication and engagement plans.
  • Partner with communications and training teams to ensure consistent, timely, and audience-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate with Change Influencers, Champions, and stakeholder groups to reinforce key messages and desired behaviors.
  • Support training readiness activities and adoption initiatives.
  • Assist in developing materials, presentations, and resources that promote understanding and adoption of change.
Measurement, Reinforcement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and monitor change adoption and readiness metrics.
  • Analyze feedback, survey results, and adoption data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement reinforcement activities that sustain organizational adoption and behavior change.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and program teams.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of change management practices.
Change Management Capability Development
  • Support development of change management methodologies, tools, templates, and governance practices.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a scalable enterprise change management capability across Claritev.
  • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced change management resources as appropriate.
Job Scope

The Senior Change Management Specialist partners with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to support successful change outcomes. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that improve organizational readiness, accelerate adoption, and support realization of business benefits. The position requires strong collaboration, influence, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role supports both enterprise transformation initiatives and the continued development of Claritev’s organizational change management discipline.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100k-$120k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

Experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, human resources, project management, or related disciplines.

Minimum of 2 years supporting large-scale transformation, ERP, HCM, digital, or business process initiatives.

Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, and adoption activities.

Experience working with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations.

Experience with practical deployment of organizational change management methodologies, preferably in a technology or healthcare setting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required

Master’s degree preferred

Technical Skills

Change Management: Knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Prosci certification preferred.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational environments.

Communication: Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze organizational data, identify trends, and develop recommendations.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams effectively.

Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration and survey tools.

Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and support evolving business priorities.
