The Senior Change Management Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Change Management in supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, with an initial focus on the Oracle HCM Program. This role is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that improve organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with executive leaders, business stakeholders, program teams, and Talent partners to help associates successfully navigate organizational change. This position plays an important role in building and maturing Claritev’s change management capability, establishing repeatable practices that support future Vision2030 transformation initiatives.
The Senior Change Management Specialist partners with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to support successful change outcomes. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that improve organizational readiness, accelerate adoption, and support realization of business benefits. The position requires strong collaboration, influence, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role supports both enterprise transformation initiatives and the continued development of Claritev’s organizational change management discipline.
The salary range for this position is $100k-$120k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, human resources, project management, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years supporting large-scale transformation, ERP, HCM, digital, or business process initiatives.
Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, and adoption activities.
Experience working with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations.
Experience with practical deployment of organizational change management methodologies, preferably in a technology or healthcare setting
Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required
Master’s degree preferred
Change Management: Knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Prosci certification preferred.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational environments.
Communication: Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze organizational data, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams effectively.
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration and survey tools.
Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and support evolving business priorities.
