Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree with multiple years of progressive supervisory experience in shipbuilding or manufacturing, including Navy-related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required; master's preferred in related field.
• Progressive professional or supervisory experience in project management or shipbuilding.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaises between project management, planning, team, and line management.
• Reviews project status, budgets, schedules and prepares status reports.
• Develops mechanisms to monitor progress and implements problem solving with managers and clients.

Military Paygrade E-5 or above

High School/GED + 4 years exp in manufacturing/shipbuilding/trades
