Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Sr. Project Manager (Pharma) to lead complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facility projects from concept through completion.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationships while mentoring project teams across multiple locations, including Charlotte, NC. You will develop proposals, plans, and submittals, drive strategy, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 11+ years of industry experience; 8+ years in PM.
• Experience managing client relationships with utilities is preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and closeout documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex pharma and advanced manufacturing projects across all phases.
• Develop client partnerships and identify new opportunities in manufacturing and life sciences.
• Oversee proposals, plans, schedules, cost controls, change management, and closeout materials.
• Mentor other Project Managers and guide team strategy.
• Manage client contracts and ensure alignment with project goals.
