Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of health sciences experience preferred; pharma industry or related experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cross-functionally and lead programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, including planning, executing, and closing to meet objectives.
• Create project planning schedules for inter- and intra-department projects.
• Update and distribute status reports coordinating with business leads.
• Communicate changes, revisions, and approvals to team members and vendors as needed.
• Ensure efficient flow of activities and develop tools and update processes; create templates, slides, and reports to capture KPIs.
• Prepare materials for senior level presentations and meetings.
