Trollinger Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Preconstruction Manager to lead high-quality residential projects in central North Carolina. This role blends client interaction, estimating, planning, and site leadership from concept through completion.

You will manage multiple residential projects, mentor field personnel, and help shape processes to sustain Trollinger Construction's craftsmanship and client experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction experience.
• Experience estimating custom homes or major renovations.
• Experience managing residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initial client meeting through final completion.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness, and prepare budgets.
• Lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
