Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering delivery across a portfolio of oil, gas and chemical projects from our Billings, Montana office. You will provide technical leadership, oversee a team, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery within budget and schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in the oil and gas sector, strong English communication, and experience in MV/LV distribution design, protective relays, and power management systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in oil and gas.
• Experience using MS Office and electrical engineering software (ETAP, SPL).
• Design and development of electrical distribution systems; equipment and relay selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers on oil/gas/chemical projects.
• Direct planning and execution of engineering work with safety-in-design focus.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project management, clients, and stakeholders.
