Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead broadcast projects from initiation through closing, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality alignment with client expectations. The SPM will manage project communications, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across complex engagements for Diversified’s media and entertainment clients.

Location preference is Northeast or Southeast. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in media/entertainment or broadcast environments.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast operations and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory and people-management abilities.
• Ability to manage design/build projects and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ownership for projects within Diversified, ensuring timely and accurate communications.
• Coordinate activities to complete projects on time, on budget, and to high quality.
• Support team members to enable successful project delivery.
• Maintain frequent communication among stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Develop and communicate project updates and manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate documentation, contracts with contractors, and transition to later project phases.
