Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Senior Project Leader for the Customer Installations Group in San Jose, CA. This on-site, five-days-a-week role reports to the Director, Global Program Management and leads major energy deployment projects.

Responsibilities include pre-contract and post-contract execution, cost/schedule/risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of project management experience with 5+ years in distributed energy or hyperscaler data center projects.
• Experience managing budgets >$100 million (installation budgets).
• Power generation experience >50 MW preferred.
• Experience with gas/electric utilities and permitting efforts.
• Strong exec-level communication and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Commercial/Industrial Fuel Cell deployments in hyperscaler data centers.
• Develop pre-contract deliverables: schedules, FEED studies, risk registers, War Rooms.
• Finalize execution strategy and SOW delivery post-contract execution.
• Manage cost, schedule, risks; finalize project team structure.
• Negotiate construction contracts and oversee permits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and present to executives.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
