Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Project Leader for the Customer Installations Group. You will lead large-scale deployments for hyperscaler data centers, managing multi-disciplined teams and coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

This on-site role in San Jose requires extensive travel for major projects. Ideal candidates have 12–15+ years in project management, 5+ years in distributed energy or hyperscaler projects, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of project management experience including 5+ years in distributed energy or hyperscaler data centers (>$100M budgets).
• Experience with >50 MW power generation projects.
• Strong scheduling, EV forecasting, and contract management experience.
• Experience with gas/electric utility permitting and regulatory compliance.
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial/industrial fuel cell deployments for hyperscalers.
• Develop baseline schedules and execution strategies post-contract.
• Manage cost, schedule, and risk; build project teams.
• Oversee construction, permits, interconnections, and commissioning.
• Interface with Bloom Energy cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.
