Qualifications

• 7+ years of project engineering or project management in manufacturing or industrial ops.
• Ability to influence through data and relationships; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs introducing new operations and manufacturing capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, design, finance, procurement and vendors to align scope and timelines.
• Manage program plans, milestones, risks, CAPEX, spend forecasts, and executive updates.
• Drive alignment between product requirements, process development and vendor execution.
• Identify gaps in process capability and launch readiness; drive resolution across teams.
• Prepare executive-ready updates on milestones, risks, and vendor status.
• Track KPIs for schedule, readiness, quality, cost, CAPEX and execution.
• Support change management as new processes and tools are rolled out.
• Ensure smooth handoff from development to stable operational execution.
