Job summary

Fluid Quip Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction across design, engineering, procurement and commissioning. You will mentor junior members and contribute to continuous improvement in project execution.

You will translate client needs into actionable FEL-aligned plans, manage schedules and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience in technical/engineering settings.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing experience with trusted relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and Agile frameworks.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Travel up to 30%.
