Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader 2 to own external dependencies, integration, and delivery risk across energy generation systems for mission-critical facilities.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through close-out, including pre-construction, engineering, and implementation phases. This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years in energy/utility construction, and strong skills in scheduling, procurement, and leadership to guide teams and coordinate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics preferably from an ABET accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in leading construction projects in the energy and utility sector.
• Strong project management and scheduling capabilities (MS Project or Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall administration, organization, and implementation of large scale energy and utility construction projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from proposal through close-out, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Lead coordination with vendors, utilities, and customers to ensure schedule alignment and technical success.
• Develop baselines, resource plans, and cost controls to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across project activities.
