Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years leading electrical construction projects with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling and tracking.
• Ability to create project schedules and resource-loaded work items by hours.
• Experience estimating project work and preparing customer proposals.
• Understanding of critical path analysis to identify issues.
• Strong communication with project leadership on schedules, costs, and budgets.
• Procurement expertise for evaluating suppliers and purchasing.
• Ability to create technical documentation and design references.
• Executive-level communication and leadership skills.
• Team-building and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate proposal, design, installation, and project close activities.
• Prepare project documentation including requirements, layouts, schedules, and cost codes.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and develop work breakdown structures with assigned resources.
• Schedule resources and maintain baseline project plans.
• Create baseline vs actual reporting for resources and progress.
• Provide site surveys, cost studies, and progress reports as required.
• Monitor progress data for self-perform and contractor work.
• Ensure project scope, budget, and schedule variances are controlled.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and shop drawings for staffing.
