ECS Limited is seeking a talented Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Professional to join our Houston field services team. You will lead projects from proposal to closeout, ensuring technical quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction materials testing (field or lab) or related area.
• Maintain certifications as necessary for the work performed or managed.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CMT projects from proposal through completion.
• Ensure all project tasks—from proposal through final invoicing—are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee daily report review and resolve technical and administrative issues.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, pay applications, and collections.
• Prepare and review proposals and change orders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Host and participate in project meetings to present findings and resolve issues.
• Provide technical oversight for testing activities and ensure quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, technicians, and project managers.
• Support staffing decisions and resource allocation across projects.
• Market, services, and develop new and existing client relationships.
