Job summary

Invesis is actively strengthening its Asset Management team in Cologne or Frankfurt am Main with a Project Leader / Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Asset Management & Bidding Support (PPP/PFI). You will lead diverse projects from operational asset management to governance roles, collaborating with clients, shareholders, and service providers across infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical degree.
• Several years of experience in asset management or PPP/PFI projects.
• Strong contractual understanding and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• High ownership, structured working style, and excellent communication.
• Very good MS Office skills; experience with reporting/controlling tools is an advantage.
• Fluent German and good English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Take on asset management responsibilities for PPP/PFI projects during the operational phase.
• Represent project companies towards clients, shareholders, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage risk, budget controlling, and reporting (commercial/contractual/technical).
• Take on governance roles within project companies (e.g., shareholder representation) to ensure continuity.
• Support bid and project origination phases (coordinating processes and interfaces).
