Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, construction, or a related field.
• 8–10 years managing complex construction projects or facility operations.
• Experience with Public-Private Partnership contracting structures would be an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; high integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site project and contract management to meet milestones.
• Develop and manage project budgets and risk registers.
• Oversee delivery from design through construction to operations handover.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
