Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Project Executive to lead major design and construction programs with senior delivery leadership. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, align with strategic plans, and drive client‑facing pursuits through integrated delivery approaches.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design and/or construction projects or programs.
Strong understanding of risk allocation, contract terms, and insurance risk transfer for MAE/IDB/EPC/DBB models.
Fluency in digital delivery software applications from preconstruction to BIM/VDC, project/financial management, estimating and scheduling.
Collaborative leadership across engineering, architecture, and construction with internal and external partners.
Track record of developing people and growing teams through organizational change.

Responsibilities

Lead major projects or programs as a senior delivery leader within BW Design Group.
Align with firmwide strategic plans and communicate them to teams in span of care.
Represent BW Design Group in capabilities, pursuit, and pitch presentations to clients.
Foster client loyalty and nurture long‑term relationships using BW Design Group’s growth model.
Shape project delivery strategy, pricing, scope, schedule, and contract terms.
Organize and lead the Project/Program Team to meet conditions of success and manage risks.
