Job summary

BW Design Group in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Project Executive to lead major design and construction programs. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and partner with clients to deliver high‑quality projects on schedule and within budget.

You will engage with senior leaders to align delivery strategies (MAE, IDB, EPC), shape pursuit plans, and mentor professionals across engineering, architecture, and construction. Frequent travel and a strong client‑facing orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive direct leadership in major design or construction projects.
• Experience leading MAE, IDB, or EPC project delivery models.
• Strong command of commercial terms, pricing, and risk management.
• Proven ability to grow teams and develop client relationships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project/Program Team and establish contract documents.
• Deliver the Project Execution Plan and Conditions of Success.
• Develop pursuit strategies and client relationships.
• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and construction disciplines.
• Travel as required to support client engagements.
