Job summary

WRA Architects seeks a Project Manager to lead a design team through all phases from planning to construction administration. The PM will coordinate consultants, maintain client communication, and help guide project goals to reality.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in architecture or interior design with leadership experience and a portfolio. Public sector and education project experience preferred; flexible work strategies exist.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• Registered Architect in the U.S. (Texas or Oklahoma preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in architecture or interior design.
• Leadership/management experience (at least 2 years).
• Portfolio or work samples required (link preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team through all phases of project planning: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
• Coordinate and manage consultants (MEP, Structural, Civil, etc.).
• Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction process ensuring adherence to plans and specs.
• Develop and present information about upcoming public building projects.
