Job Description: Senior Project Leader

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: Remote within the National Capital Region (NCR), Gatineau-Ottawa. The contractor must use a remote SAVE-D account and work from Canada only. On-site ad hoc services might be required.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. The bidder must demonstrate, through project descriptions, that the proposed resource has at least 10 years of experience (within the last 15 years as of the solicitation's closing date) in enterprise-class integrated security system design, implementation, and support.
2. The bidder must demonstrate, through project descriptions, that the proposed resource has worked on a minimum of five projects involving security system design and support, including at least three site implementations of an Access Control System in Canadian federal government departments.
3. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource holds one of the following professional security industry designations:

• Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International, or
• Physical Security Professional (PSP) from ASIS International.

Copies of the relevant certificates must be provided in the proposal at the closing date and time of this solicitation, as per section 3.2.

The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from PMI.
