Job summary

Flowserve Corporation, a global manufacturer of pumps, valves, seals and services, seeks a Senior Project Manager for new product development in Kalamazoo, MI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 10+ years of professional experience; 12-15 preferred.
• Experience leading new product development projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a matrix environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex NPD projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams through Flowserve's PDP process.
• Drive engineering development, testing, validation and launch activities.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and provide updates to executive leadership.
• Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and scope changes for successful execution.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, product management, quality, and supply chain.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards and portfolio reporting.
