Qualifications

• Six+ years in technology with 3+ years delivering outcomes; strong communication and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end delivery of expected business outcomes and value from the business case.
• Leads medium- to complex-scale initiatives and manages dependencies and finances.
• Optimizes value delivery using KPIs and capacity/demand balancing.
• Manages initiative financials including budgets and forecasts.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Coaches and mentors team members to strengthen delivery discipline.
• Drives continuous improvement via Agile, Lean, and DevOps.
• Maintains transparent communication and change management.
• Contributes to contract negotiations and vendor oversight.
