Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a Project Lead Manager for its High Voltage Substation team. Based in Rockdale, TX, this role requires five days in-office, delivering mission-critical infrastructure from design through turnover.

You will drive multi-phased data center projects, manage budgets and contracts, and unify Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with top-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, preferably data center or mission-critical facilities.
• CSA/MEP construction practices knowledge and ability to lead multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phased data center projects from inception to turnover.
• Manage project budgets, cash-flow, and contractor invoicing.
• Own SOW/RFP process, pricing evaluations, and change orders.
• Coordinate across Design, Engineering, Procurement, Land Enablement, Ops, and Legal.
• Perform site walks and ensure safety, design compliance, and quality.
• Oversee asset handoff and commissioning documentation to operations.
