Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Prefab Customer project orders from initiation to closeout. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms, coordinating with internal manufacturing facilities and suppliers to deliver Integrated Package solutions including electrical enclosures, HVAC, fire and gas, and automation systems.

Qualifications

Four-year degree required.
BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred.
PMP (PMI), CPMP/CPMA SE Internal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of validating the project’s scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with the customer, including risks and technical/commercial elements.
Develop and maintain project organization, schedule, risks, and communicate with the customer and vendors to meet expectations.
Monitor execution of the project through kickoff meetings, schedule, and exchange of technical requirements; drive risk and change management.
Lead the monitor and control of project performance across its lifecycle with regular reports to stakeholders.
Lead the closeout of the project including financial reconciliation, verification of site equipment arrival, start-up coordination, and documentation approvals.
